The spot is between Jap's Cove and Portuguese Bend, closer to Jap's Cove. It's near the border of San Pedro and Rancho Palos Verdes but definetly in PV. Access by taking the trail from below the bluff at the east end of the Ocean Trails development through the Trump golf course.
