The spot is between TC's and Portuguese Bend, closer to TC's. It's more-or-less on the San Pedro / Rancho Palos Verdes border. Access the same as TC's: Walk from Palms or take the trail down from the far west corner of the South Shores neighborhood. Alternate access: take the trail from below the bluff at the east end of the Ocean Trails development.
