Macumba is located 15 Km from the main hotels and beaches in Rio. Take auto estrada Lagoa-Barra, after going through the second tunnel, reach for the next exit to the beach. Follow the beach of Barra all the way (12 Km). When you loose sight of the ocean, you just have 1,5 Km to go. You will see a stretch of beach, after the road goes through an S turn. You have arrived. In case of doubt ask for the camping ground of CCB, which is located 100 yards from the point.
