Drive the coast road, park on the side of the road when you can first see the big rock alone on the ocean, then run hootin and hollerin through the scrubgrass to the ocean. Dont park on the beach road to the rock or youll get a ticket. I think you can get a ticket here just for surfing anyway but I never have. Not a public beach.
