From Lisbon get on the A2 highway top the south, then +-15km ahead turn right in the exit indicating Sesimbra, then follow EN378 road until you reach a OTAN/NATO base, where you turn right (you will see an indication of Lagoa de Albufeira). Then you follow that road until Alfarim, where you reach an intersection, and continue ahead past that; then you reach another intersection in Aldeia do Meco, and find the indication to praia do meco
