Go to Seaside Heights, New Jersey, and hang a rigt. Follow the road through Island Beach State Park untill hitting a parking lot and a board walk that takes you to the beach. You can also take a boat through the bay heading 60degrees NW of Forked River untill hitting a little parking spot for the boat where there is a board walk which crosses a roak to take you to the beach.
