Go to Alvor village and turn to the buildings Torre Alta, when there ask someone for três irmãos, the wave is in the end of the beach, right in the middle of two rocks.

Usually go to Alvor, and follow the beach access signs. When you get to the beach, follow the roads to the far rocks on the left of the beach. It breacks in between the two rocks before the cliff face.
